Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreshFlip ("Service"), operated by FreshFlip LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreshFlip provides turnover management software for short-term rental hosts, including cleaning schedule management, proof photo workflows, iCal sync, and optional FreshScreens TV displays.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free Plan: Includes 1 unit and 1 cleaner, free forever with no credit card required.
Paid Plans: Provide additional units, co-host access, and features. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
Abuse API endpoints or overload infrastructure

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, unit details, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as part of the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Cleaner and Co-Host Access

When you invite cleaners or co-hosts, you are responsible for ensuring they understand how their information will be used within FreshFlip. You confirm you have authority to share their email addresses with us for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. FreshScreens TV

FreshScreens displays are provided as part of Pro plans. Content displayed on FreshScreens (weather, local information) is sourced from third-party APIs and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.

9. Availability and Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Support is available via email at support@freshflip.io.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshFlip LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreshFlip LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@freshflip.io. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
