Getting Started

How do I add my first unit?

1. Log in at freshflip.io/auth/login.html

2. Click "Add Unit" on your dashboard

3. Enter your property name and paste your Airbnb iCal link

That's it! FreshFlip will auto-sync your check-in/check-out schedule.

Where do I find my Airbnb iCal link?

In your Airbnb listing → Pricing and availabilityAvailability → scroll down to "Connect calendars" → click "Export Calendar" → copy the URL.

How do I invite a cleaner?

Go to your unit → click "Assign Cleaner" → enter their email. They'll receive an invite and can log in to see their cleaning schedule, upload proof photos, and communicate with you.

Cleaning & Turnovers

How does the turnover flow work?

FreshFlip automatically creates a turnover when guests check out. Your cleaner sees it on their dashboard, marks it in progress, uploads proof photos, and marks it complete. You get notified at each step.

What are proof photos?

After cleaning, your cleaner uploads photos to prove each area is guest-ready. You can set up custom photo prompts (e.g., "Kitchen counter", "Bathroom") per unit so nothing gets missed.

Can I have multiple cleaners?

Each unit has one assigned cleaner. You can assign different cleaners to different units. Cleaners can also share access via helper links for team cleaning sessions.

Plans & Billing

What does the Free plan include?

The Free plan includes 1 unit and 1 cleaner — free forever, no credit card required. It includes iCal sync, proof photos, and email notifications.

How do I upgrade?

Go to Billing in your dashboard. Choose your plan (Operator, Team, Commander, or General) and billing cycle (monthly or annual). Pro plans add FreshScreens TV.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. No hidden fees or contracts.

How do I manage my payment method?

Go to Billing → click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and manage your subscription.

Co-Hosts

What can co-hosts do?

Co-hosts can view and manage units shared with them, see cleaning schedules, assign cleaners, and track proof photos. Co-host access requires a Team plan or higher.

FreshScreens TV

What is FreshScreens?

FreshScreens turns any smart TV into a guest welcome dashboard showing check-in info, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, weather, and an art frame screensaver. Available on Pro plans.

Account

How do I delete my account?

Contact support@freshflip.io to request account deletion. Your data will be removed within 30 days. Any active subscription will be canceled automatically.
